Made to Order
All House of Hemlock pieces are made to order. Each garment is produced specifically for you once an order is placed, using the details, options, and measurements provided at checkout or during consultation.
Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or personal preference. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and get in touch if you’re unsure about sizing or fit before placing an order.
If there is an issue with your order due to a fault in workmanship, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review it. Issues with your garments must be reported within 28 days of receipt of the order.
Production Time
Our standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This timeframe allows us to draft, construct, and finish each piece with care.
If you require an item sooner, rush orders may be available depending on current workload and the complexity of the design. Rush fees may apply.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom and made-to-measure pieces follow the same made-to-order policy and are non-refundable once production has begun. Any timelines, pricing, or additional details for custom work will be confirmed with you prior to proceeding.
