Shipping

We ship all orders using Royal Mail from our studio in London, UK. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

International Orders & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are set by your local authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

House of Hemlock has no control over these charges and is unable to advise on exact amounts. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
